Is your vehicle roadworthy?

If your Warrant of Fitness (WoF) has expired and your vehicle has failed its inspection for a new WoF, you are prohibited by law from driving it on a road except for the purposes of obtaining a new warrant. 

If you repair the specified items the vehicle can be re-checked by the same authorised WoF agent within 28 days, without a new fee being applied. 

After 28 days a new fee and new inspection will be required.
